Ticket Policies

  • No Camping Stickers will be mailed for 2015. Bring your ticket with you to the festival; it will be scanned at the gate and one vehicle sticker and one camping unit sticker per valid camping ticket will be supplied. The sticker must be visible on the inside of your vehicle windshield at all times when on site. No additional stickers will be provided.
  • Reserved Seating lanyards will not be mailed out. Bring your ticket with you to the festival, fold it and put it in the lanyard provided at the Countryfest Office on-site. The lanyard must be visible at all times when in the reserved seating areas. All other seating is rush.
  • Tickets are available online, by phone or in person at the Countryfest Office; All tickets are processed online.
  • Limit of 10 weekend tickets per order.
  • Two weekend tickets must be purchased for every one campsite purchased.
  • Children aged 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
  • All tickets are subject to a $6 processing fee.
  • All tickets and fees are subject to GST.
  • Courier charges are $20.
  • Accepted methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Interac or Cash. Credit Card information should NEVER be emailed.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • Unauthorized duplication or sale of ticket may prevent admittance of ticket purchaser to the event. Purchase of tickets by a third party carries the risk of being fraudulent. Unless you've purchased your tickets from the Countryfest website or the Countryfest office, the validity of the ticket cannot be confirmed. The ticket may have been valid at the time of purchase from our office, but may have been invalidated because of a report of loss or theft. Authenticity will be determined when tickets are scanned at the gate upon arrival to the festival. Ticket purchasers need to be smart about their decisions when buying tickets.
  • DO NOT PHOTOCOPY YOUR TICKETS. If a ticket is copied for multiple entry attempts at the gate, the first ticket scanned through will be valid. All others will be denied entry. Fraud charges will apply.
  • DO NOT FOLD YOUR TICKET ON SCAN AREA.
  • DO NOT CUT YOUR TICKET.
  • DO NOT LINE UP AT THE GATES BEFORE 2PM ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24. We are advising patrons not to park overnight on Tuesday prior to the festival on Highway #10. Patrons parking vehicles overnight on Highway #10 are subject to being ticketed and/or towed.
