The future of Curling will be on display this weekend at the Under 18 Curling Provincials.

Dauphin will be represented well with two teams on the women's side of the draw, as both Hanne and Emma Jensen have rinks in the Provincial finals.

Hanne Jensen talks about the idea of playing against her sister, Emma, in the Provincial final.

"I hope so, we got our draw, and we're in separate pools, but our goal is to meet each other in the final and have a good game."

Younger sister Emma played lead for Hanne's High School team just last weekend, but is entering her own under 18 team in this weekend's bonspiel.

She feels playing in bonspiels like this is great for the teams development.

"It's definitely a great experience. I know, when we were younger, we didn't expect to do well at all, but it was just the experience going there, curling against such amazing teams and just being there, overall is just an amazing experience for Curling."

Winnipegosis will also be represented at Under 18 Provincials. Tyson Beyak and his team will be competing on the men's side of the draw.

In Mixed Doubles action, Karter Meyn from Swan River will be on the pebbled ice battling for a Provincial crown. The final is slated for Friday at 2:30.
