George Hartlen, chief administrative officer for Friends, says depending on what you're doing, you may be standing still outside for a while, so dressing for the weather is important.

 

"You always want to dress for the weather, dressing in layers and making sure that, you know, you have things like the hot-hand packets to help with the hands and feet and such. But it's looking like this year's forecast is going to be about a -3 temperature as of right now so weather's going to be pretty fantastic for this year's event."
