Nominees for Community Appreciation Group: Dauphin Ag Society, Love & Persson Group, and RIDE Program.
Nominees for Community Appreciation Individual: Loreen Husband and Wendy Ohryn.
Executive Director for the Dauphin Chamber, Stephen Chychota says that the reason why they have these awards is so that people and businesses can be recognized for their hard work.
"They are out there working very hard to make Dauphin and the area a much better place to grow up, to live, to do business in and they should be recognized for that. It's great to see that there's so many people out there that are nominating these people and also to see that there are lot's of groups and individuals that are trying to make a difference."
