The bookmobile stopped it's service back in June and is up for sale.
Library Director, Jean-Louis Guillas says as people's mobility changes there has been less need for the service.
"It just didn't fit the needs now so, that's why we are selling off the vehicle." Guillas says. "She's a little bit old. It's a 1994 bus, you know with 700,000 kilometres on it. So it's certainly done it's work." adds Guillas.
The Bookmobile has been serving the Parkland area since 1971.
