Jarrod Chamberlin, from the R.M. of De Salaberry, just 30 minutes south of Winnipeg, said solar panels produced under 50% of the power needed in his home.

When he received credits on his hydro bill back in the fall, totaling over $900, he questioned it.

MB Hydro then issued a bill for over $1400.

Chamberlin is asking Hydro to pay for half, as part of their responsibility for the mistake.
