Manitoba Hydro Service Changes

Manitoba Hydro is notifying customers of a change of service as of December 4.

17 of their offices will no longer accept bill payments, including the Dauphin, Swan River, Russell and Neepawa offices.

Bruce Owen, Media Relations Officer for Manitoba Hydro, talks about why the decision was made.

"We made this decision because primarily we are seeing fewer of our customers coming into the offices in person to pay with cash"

Office hours and staff won't be reduced because of the change.
