Gas Prices on the Rise Today: Updated

Fuel prices are going up in the Parkland.

Prices are expected to rise today approximately $1.18 per litre in the Parkland area.

Currently prices at the Dauphin Co-Op Gas Bars are $1.06 , and Fas Gas is $1.17.

While in Neepawa it's $1.17 and in Roblin and the Pas are reporting as $1.18 per litre.

Dan McTeague from GasBuddy says the rise is mainly because of political tensions around the world.

He says prices will drop in a couple weeks when gas stations begin surrendering their operating margins.
