The new store is going to be 75 hundred square feet and cost approximately one million dollars to build.
At the Manitoba Liquor Lotteries Commission meeting in Dauphin last night, Mayor Irwin stressed the need for a downtown store as well.
Jeff Reid, Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Director of Retail Services, talks a bit about a second MLCC store in Dauphin.
“It was interesting feedback from him and it’s things we will certainly take into consideration for future development but at the moment we are excited and anxious to get our new liquor mart open,” noted Reid.
A sampling desk is set to be inside the new store along with the most up to date fixtures.
