33 people dead because they didn't buckle up

Police are seeing a dangerous trend in motor vehicle deaths.
 
Not wearing a seatbelt has been a causal factor in 52% of deaths in Manitoba.
 
Since January 1st, 33 people have died because they weren’t wearing their seatbelts.
 
The RCMP is reminding drivers that they should buckle up no matter the speed limit or how far they are going.
