Traffic lights installed but not turned on, yet

The traffic lights at the corner of City Hall and Parkland Source for Sports are installed.

Although, there is no definitive date for when they are going to start working. Bill Brenner is having a meeting with the Project Manager with Manitoba Infrastructure tomorrow to discuss when they will be operational.

The original plan was for them to start working at the end of the week.
