On Saturday Evening an individual threw a rock through the window of the business and stole a small number of items in the window display. Dale Jacobs of Prairie supply co talks about the uncommon experience for the area.

“It’s actually at our Clear Lake Location which is quite funny. It’s usually a very safe area but it, you know, only takes one rotten egg to stir the pot. Apparently, there was some other vandalism that night with other businesses and property too. So, we weren’t the only ones. It’s unfortunate that happens, but I think Clear Lake, the community, is a great place, much like Dauphin, a very safe place, but it only takes one bad apple type thing.”

According to Jacobs, a couple of bad apples won’t deter the company, and they are stronger than ever. Police are investigating at this time.
