PRINCE - 911 CALLS

Data released by Minnesota authorities show more than 40 calls were made to 9-1-1 in the past five years regarding Prince's Paisley Park estate. Some were simple reports of tripped fire alarms, while others were serious medical calls.

There's one on the day he died noting ``one down not breathing.'' On October 23rd, 2013, paramedics were called for a 53-year-old man suffering from dehydration who was taken to a hospital. Prince would have been 55. Other calls are of dubious nature. In February 2014, a woman called 9-1-1 saying she had been receiving calls from Prince after she listened to a Prince record and heard information only she could hear. Police told her to tell the caller to stop calling. On January 26th, 2015, a caller asked authorities to tell Prince that his son was having open heart surgery. Authorities said they don't relay messages. A 9-1-1 call on the day Prince died was from a woman who said she had a 17-year-old son with Prince and wanted him to attend Prince's funeral.

Hall had announced in February he was going to build an outdoor stage that could accommodate an audience of one-thousand. Fourteen concerts had been scheduled, but now they will move either to the indoor seating area of Daryl's House or to three concert halls in the area.

THE TURTLES - COURT

The Turtles are taking their copyright fight against Sirius X-M Radio to New York state's highest court. The Court of Appeals has agreed to hear their case. At issue is a federal law that that established limited copyright protections for songs after 1972, but songs before 1972 fall under state law. Flo and Eddie of The Turtles argue that since they are owners of their songs recorded before 1972, they should be able to decide how they are performed publicly, including over radio stations.

TONI TENNILLE AND THE CAPTAIN

Toni Tennille has been doing the rounds of media talking about her divorce from The Captain, Daryl Dragon, and there are no hard feelings. Tennille says she was in New York doing interviews and called Dragon to ask how he was doing. He told her he saw her on the ``Today'' show and he was proud of her. Tennille admits she got weepy when she heard that. She says in spite of their loveless marriage, she knew Dragon thought of her as a good singer and songwriter, and it was something they could do well together.

Tennille's self-titled memoir is out now.

The company is called WTRMLN WTR -- ``watermelon water'' without the vowels. Beyonce says in a statement her investment in the company is also an investment in ``female leaders, fitness, American farmers and the health of people and our planet.'' For the record, the company's watermelon water does have a drop of lemon juice in it.
