PMHA Looking For Rising Stars Coaching Staff

CCM Rising Stars is open to all second-year male PeeWee aged players. Skill Sessions will be held in the region leading up to the CCM Rising Stars Regional Tournaments (January 26-28, 2018). The PARKLAND is in the rotation to be hosting one of the three Regional Tournaments.

Players participating in the CCM Rising Stars Skill Sessions and the CCM Rising Stars Regional Tournament will be selected by Hockey Manitoba to participate in the Rising Stars Plus program. This is an additional 5-week development program to be run in the Spring. This is a precursor to the Director’s Cup Prospects Program and U-16 Program of Excellence.

SCHEDULING: The goal will be to hold skills sessions bi-monthly through November, December and early January.

The Parkland Minor Hockey Association is currently seeking applications for the following:

Head Coach:

Assistant Coach:

Assistant Coach:

All participating coaches must have AT MINIMUM Coach Level and Respect in Sport.

Parents of players are ineligible to be the head coach on the staff (It is further recommended that, if possible, parents should not be included in the bench personnel).

Those interested in a team staff position are to contact Darcy Boychuk, Director of Development with PMHA by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017.
