It's a busy day in the National Hockey League with eight games filling up the schedule. Five Canadian teams will see action, including the Winnipeg Jets, who are in St.Louis to challenge the Blues. Meanwhile the Oilers host the Maple Leafs in Edmonton, Dallas plays the Canadiens in Montreal and Ottawa travels to Chicago to take on the Blackhawks.

It's an off day in the World Series as the Red Sox and Cardinals make their way back to Boston for Game 6 tomorrow. The Bosox beat the Redbirds 3-1 last night to take a 3-2 lead in the Series. Jon Lester held St. Louis to four hits through seven and two-thirds innings and David Ross hit a game-winning RBI double in the seventh. David Ortiz was 3-for-4 to extend his batting average to .733 in the Series.
