The Dauphin Kings will look to start climbing ‘the mountain’ tonight as they attempt to come back in the MJHL Championship series down three-games-to-none.

Dauphin is coming off a disappointing loss in Winnipeg on Friday that saw them gain many scoring chances but had no finish on the opportunities, losing 4-1. Game time tonight at Cedit Union Place is 7:30pm.

The keys tonight for the Kings are pretty simple and obvious: Stay out of the penalty box and play as a group, rather than individuals. If Dauphin can avoid allowing Winnipeg to score in quick sections of the tilt, then they might be able to come away with a victory. That’s what has done the Kings in so far this series. In game one the Blues scored three goals in five minutes between the first and second period. Winnipeg picked up two goals in three minutes in the second period of game two and in game three they notched three goals in the first nine minutes.
