Dauphin's Barry Trotz has been let go by the Nashville Predators following the team's disappointing season.
Trotz had been the club's only coach since it came into the league in 1998. He was behind the bench for 1,196 regular season games, putting him 14th on the all-time coaching list.
Trotz took the Predators to the playoffs seven times, but only progressed out of the first round twice. The Predators finished 10th in the Western Conference this season, three points out of a playoff spot.
