It was a golden weekend for the Dauphin Novice Fire as they were in Neepawa for their final tournament of the season, and they came back to Dauphin with a Championship.

Forrest Karlson led the Fire in their first game with five goals en route to a 12-2 win against the Rivers Oakden Jets.

The Fire hit the ice in their second game against the Neepawa Natives, and it was pure domination for the team as they won 23-1, and Brandon Wood was named the Player of the Game.

In the final, the Fire scored two third-period goals to beat the Rivers Lepp Jets, 5-4.  Jordan Height was named the Player of the Game.
