are in search of a News Anchor and Reporter, we
are looking for someone who lives and breathes the
News, especially local News! If you are recent
graduate of Broadcast Training Program, or have
been in the industry for a couple of years and
might be interested in something new, we encourage
you to give us a call! We are dedicated to the
large community we serve, this is evident in our
local programming each and everyday! We want
someone that enjoys News and pays attention to
both local happenings and national events as well.
We want someone that wants to work, someone that
really wants to prove they belong in this

Well I
could say a lot, but I was told to keep it short. So
here goes. I've traded Manitoba's Urban centre for a
little bit of scenic country, although things are
continuing at a fast pace. Fresh from broadcasting
school, you'll find I'm a bit of a News Junkie, so
expect to hear some entertainment news. In my spare
time, I spend a lot of it online, and a strange
attraction to video games takes care of the rest. I'm a
Beatles Fanatic who listens to classic rock, but I'll
always listen when the good tunes are playing.
I’m from
Winnipeg and attended the Academy of Broadcasting there.
As you may judge by my hair, I listen to Heavy Metal. I
also play guitar/bass in a Metal band. What’s a Metal
Head doing in news you may ask? Well, I grew up
listening to news radio and it just became a part of my
life. I believe music can go quite well along with news,
sometimes music IS the news…or at least reports it
sometimes. I decided to get into news while working at a
car dealership. I was working one day and realized...I
no longer cared for this. I was, of course, listening to
news radio when I made my choice. So I went to school
and entered the wonderful world of news radio.
