Eleanor previously worked for 20 years with the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM) and is currently a community support worker in the Parkland for Peer 2 Peer Connections. Eleanor also discusses one of the best ways to promote good mental health: getting out and connecting with people.
