5th Class Power Engineer GRANDVIEW

Grandview is hiring a Full-time 5th Class Engineer!

Responsible to the Fifth Class Power Engineer Supervisor or designate in facilities who have a fifth-class power plant, the Fifth Class Power Engineer performs preventative maintenance, installation and repairs of equipment, and maintenance of buildings and grounds in accordance with the Mission, Vision, Values, and policies and procedures of the Prairie Mountain Health. The Fifth Class Power Engineer may provide relief for the Fifth Class Power Engineer Supervisor

Qualifications:

* Grade 12 Education (MB Standard)
* Fifth Class Engineering License required
* Two (2) years experience in a building trade (e.g. Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, etc.)
* One (1) year experience as a maintenance person preferred
* Demonstrated organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
* Demonstrated communication skills
* Demonstrated flexibility to facilitate changes in techniques and procedures
* Province of Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License
