Kobe Grant, Justin Keck and Adam Rajsigl are heading to Portage next month.
As the Manitoba Junior Hockey League continues to announce players that will take part in the Top Prospects Showcase next month, the trio of Grant, Keck and Rajsigl have made the list.
Kings fans will certainly remember Grant as he was outstanding against Dauphin in the first round of the playoffs last year. He nearly singlehandedly pushed the series to seven games and Kobe is having another solid year. While his record is 4-7, he has a 2.40 goals-against average to go along with a very solid .935 save percentage. Grant gives Swan Valley a chance to win nearly every night.
Justin Keck; meanwhile, came over from the Humboldt Broncos in a trade last year and he has been a solid contributor since. In just 15 games this year, Keck already has nine goals to go along with nine assists. Keck leads his team in scoring by four points and he's tied for fifth in league scoring.
Adam Rajsigl loves to move the puck quickly up the size. As an undersized defenseman, Rajsigl uses his skating ability to make things happen offensively and he's very stingy defensively. He has three goals this year to go along with eight assists and his 11 points are the third most on the team. Only four other defenders in the league have more points than Adam heading into play this week.
