The Dauphin Clippers hockey team lost their first game of the season on Wednesday night.

On the road to play the Killarney Raiders, the home team scored eight times on 33 shots in an 8-3 win. Dauphin also had 33 shots in the game. The contest was tied at three apiece after 20 minutes of play but Killarney scored five times in 21 shots in the remaining 40 minutes.

Liam Chartrand, Logan Chapman and Matthew Zurba scored for Dauphin in the game. It was Liam's second of the season while Chapman scored his first and Zurba netted his third.
