Hayden Delaloye put together a great effort going up against some of the best age-eligible junior golfers in the country.
The Neepawa Star played in the Maple Leaf Junior Tour's Humber College Classic at the Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course. Delaloye finished with rounds of 76 and 73 to finish in a tie for ninth place. Delaloye finished just five strokes back of a second-place finish in a field of 46 golfers.
Delaloye was the only Manitoban in the Junior Boys' event. Earlier this year at the Kildonan Park Golf Course, Hayden shot rounds of 71 and 72 to finish in second at another event on the Tour.
