Eight members of Canada Russia '72 will visit Winnipeg September 6th.
If there's a goal that everyone remembers, that was back in old '72.
That was a big year for Canada, Russia, hockey, and Paul Henderson. The Summit Series drew the attention of a nation and now it's going on tour.
On September 6th eight former players, Bobby Clarke, Yvan Cournoyer, Ken Dryden, Phil Esposito, Pat Stapleton, Brad Park, Serge Savard, and Dennis Hull, will visit Winnipeg's Centennial Concert Hall to discuss the funny, wacky, wild, and bizarre of this historical sporting event.
