Mountain View School Division's superintendent and CEO expects renovations at Mackenzie Middle School to be finished on time according to their revised timeline.
Donna Davidson says the division will have to take over for some of the finishing that wasn't part of the initial tender, including the furnishing and refreshing of some areas. In the summer, the plan is to give the classroom wing a fresh look for the next school year.
Davidson says they're looking forward to transitioning grade six students into the school in 2017.
