The Westman Rush rugby teams are in Saskatchewan this weekend competing in a tournament with Saskatchewan and the Eastman rugby teams.
Several Dauphin Clippers are there.
Monique Coffey, Kaylee Dyck, Taylor Davidson, Courtney Zurba, and Kaila Stratuliuk are there competing for the girls U16 and U18 teams.
Brayden Tomchuk, Riley Keith, Zane Brindle, Travis Howdle, and Branden McCrady will be there playing for the boys U16 team.
The tournament is a great opportunity for players to showcase their talents. Several coaches will be present looking to make selections for their provincial rep teams.
Rugby is Dauphin is riding a high right now, with the Clippers boys team having a good showing this year, and the girls qualifying for finals and provincials for the first time in program history.
