Public Health officials identified 851 new cases of COVID-19 in Manitoba today.
*Dauphin now has 129 active cases of COVID-19*
The test positivity rate has gone up slightly to 33.2% provincially.
The case breakdown for today's numbers are:
96 in the Prairie Mountain Health Region.
141 in the Interlake/Eastern Health Region.
137 are in the Northern Health Region.
74 are in the Southern Health Region.
403 are in the Winnipeg Health Region.
The numbers of active cases in other Prairie Mountain Health districts are:
Riding Mountain (57), Swan River (70), Duck Mountain (59), Porcupine Mountain (119), Agassiz Mountain (177), Asessippi (239), Little Saskatchewan (178), Whitemud (244). Brandon has 1,786 active cases.
In the Interlake, the Eriksdale/Ashern health district has 96 active cases. The Fisher/Peguis district has 318 active cases.
There are 35,742 active COVID-19 cases in the province.
586 Manitobans are hospitalized with active COVID-19.
44 Manitobans are in intensive care units with active COVID-19.
