It may not be the night before Christmas, but festive stories will be read this Wednesday.
Starting at 6:30 pm, the Parkland Regional Library in Dauphin is inviting all families to attend their Christmas Story Time.
Library Director Jean - Louis Guillas feels the event strongly represents the festive season.
"Christmas is such a rich time there's so many elements to it, but one of the big elements is that it's a time about stories... we've planned a special evening story time that our librarian Tara Elliot is going to lead."
Guillas also says that not just North American classics will be featured, but also international Christmas tales that attendees may not be familiar with.
