Easton Odut is only a little more than a month into his first year of U18 hockey with the Brandon Wheat Kings and he's already getting the call up to the Western Hockey League.
Odut will be recalled by the Brandon Wheat Kings next week as three Wheat Kings head to Langley for the World U17 Challenge. Easton was drafted 34th overall by Brandon in the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.
In just six games with the U18 Wheat Kings this season, the sniper has five goals and four assists. He is expected to be in the lineup next Saturday when the Wheat Kings are on home ice against the Saskatoon Blades.
