Swan River's Trey Sauder is helping his hometown team rack up wins.

On Friday night against the Selkirk Steelers, Trey scored once while adding three assists as the Stamps' completed a comeback in which they were down 4-2 late in the third period. Then on Saturday, he scored a goal in a win against the Winnipeg Freeze. Thanks to his success, the Manitoba Junior Hockey League named Trey as a Star of the Week. 

Swan Valley is tied for third in the West Division and they're only two points back of second. Sauder has four goals and five assists in 17 games. Last year he posted five goals and 12 assists in the regular season before scoring four times against Dauphin in the first round of the playoffs.
