The Dauphin Clippers hockey team came out on fire on Friday in a 6-2 win.
Playing Beaver Brae, Dauphin scored five goals in the opening period.
Logan Chapman was named player of the game and Cody Coombs earned the win in net. Chapman scored two of the team's goals. Ethan Carnegie, Landon Brown, Dixon Flett, and Trayden Guiboche each scored a goal apiece for Dauphin.
Dauphin will now hit the ice on Saturday afternoon.
