The Tamarack Golf Tournament's Men's qualifying rounds have finished and the tournament is set to start this week.
 
Three Parkland golfers have qualified for Championship Flights at the Tamarack Golf Tournament.
 
Dauphin's Myles Haverluck shot an 81 and finished 11th in Friday's qualifying event, while Dean Cooley, also from Dauphin, shot a 93 to finish 30th. Both will play in the Men's Championship Flight.
 
In the Saturday and Sunday two-day qualifier Dale Murray of Gilbert Plains finished 6th with a two-day total of 145, qualifying for the Championship Flight.
 
A pair of Dauphin golfers will play in the 2nd Flight. Regan Hedley and the Gilbert Plains Country Club's own Scott McCallum shot identical two-day scores of 156 to qualify for the 2nd Flight. 
 
Brad Clement of Russell shot a two-day total of 160, he'll compete in the 4th Flight. 
 
The 5th Flight features another pair of Dauphin golfers. Joel McPhail shot a combined score of 163, Joran Hedley was two strokes behind at 165.
 
Another Russell golfer will go it alone in the 6th Flight. Curtis Nahirinak shot 166 to finish there.
 
The third pair of Dauphin golfers to join the same flight will golf in the 7th Flight: Terry Stitt and Anthony Wiens.
 
Robert Bouchard of Dauphin will play in the 10th Flight, and Sifton's John Tomlinson will golf in the 11th Flight.
